I recently moved to Seoul, South Korea and my in-laws bought these shoes for me. It takes me about 1 hour and ten minutes of subway and street walking. Usually when I get tired my posture goes and my knees start to hurt. These shoes have helped to straighten my posture and TOTALLY get rid of mild knee pain. These shoes also make climbing steps easier. These really make me walk from heel to toe and they really feel good (after I learned who talk walk in them). I experienced a "workout" the first month or two wearing them but the feeling the shoes provide make me prefer them to my normal shoes sometimes. Movement in my feet and knees just feels really smooth. One reservation though. In my opinion these shoes are made for city walking. I would not recommend them for trail walking. You won't actually wobble but you might feel not as stable as walking on a trail shoe. Highly recommended for walking ~ probably the best shoes made for walking
